We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Technified provides integration services connecting Discord and Roblox for account verification, role management, moderation, and community tools. We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any configurations you make in Technified.

Compliance

You agree to use Technified in compliance with all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Abuse

Attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate our verification system or APIs.

Automation

Using automated tools or bots to interact with our service beyond intended use.

Reverse Engineering

Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of our service.

Data Scraping

Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data from our service without permission.

Technified is provided 'as is' without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, server downtime, or damages resulting from verification issues or role management errors.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the past 12 months (if applicable).

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Technified at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.

You may terminate your use of the service at any time by removing the Technified bot from your Discord server.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
