By accessing and using Technified, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Technified provides integration services connecting Discord and Roblox for account verification, role management, cross-platform moderation, staff management, applications, AutoMod, and game admin plugins (HD Admin, Adonis). The service is provided free of charge.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned and unplanned maintenance may occur without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Technified, consistent with Discord's and Roblox's Terms of Service. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent before using Technified. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring minor usage of the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any configurations you make in Technified.
You agree to use Technified in compliance with all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service.
You agree to use Technified in compliance with Roblox's Terms of Use. Do not use our service to circumvent or violate Roblox's platform rules.
You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
If you enable Staff Activity Tracking, you are responsible for informing your community members that their in-game sessions are being logged. Technified is not liable for failure to obtain such consent.
You are responsible for all AutoMod rules you create and the moderation actions they trigger. Ensure your configuration complies with Discord's AutoMod policies.
You are responsible for the data collected through forms you create using our application and appeal system, including how that data is used and shared with your moderation team.
Attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate our verification system, APIs, or any other part of the service.
Using automated tools or bots to interact with our service beyond its intended and documented use.
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of our service.
Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data from our service without explicit permission.
API keys are scoped to your server and must not be shared publicly, committed to public repositories, or distributed to unauthorized parties.
You are responsible for all requests made using your API keys. Use keys only for their intended purpose and within our documented rate limits.
We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are used in violation of these terms, without prior notice.
Technified is provided as-is without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, server downtime, or damages resulting from verification issues, role management errors, or AutoMod actions.
Since Technified is a free service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed $50 USD.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Technified at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.
You may terminate your use of the service at any time by removing the Technified bot from your Discord server.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law.
