Please read these terms carefully before using Technified.

By accessing and using Technified, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
We may modify these terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice in advance through the dashboard or our Discord announcements before the changes take effect. If you continue to use the service after the effective date, the updated terms apply; if you do not agree, you can stop using the service at any time.
Technified provides integration services connecting Discord and Roblox for account verification, role management, cross-platform moderation, staff management, applications, appeals, tickets, AutoMod, and the Adonis admin extension installed via the Technified Manager. The service is provided free of charge.
The Technified Manager is a Roblox Studio plugin that installs and updates the Adonis admin extension in your game. By installing the Manager you authorize it to inject the Adonis extension into your place files and to fetch updates from Technified's servers.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned and unplanned maintenance may occur without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Technified, consistent with Discord's and Roblox's Terms of Service. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent before using Technified. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring minor usage of the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any configurations you make in Technified.
You agree to use Technified in compliance with all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service.
You agree to use Technified in compliance with Roblox's Terms of Use. Do not use our service to circumvent or violate Roblox's platform rules.
You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
If you enable Staff Activity Tracking, you are responsible for informing your community members that their in-game sessions are being logged. Technified is not liable for failure to obtain such consent.
You are responsible for all AutoMod rules you create and the moderation actions they trigger. Ensure your configuration complies with Discord's AutoMod policies.
You are responsible for the data collected through forms you create using our application and appeal system, including how that data is used and shared with your moderation team.
Attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate our verification system, APIs, or any other part of the service.
Using automated tools or bots to interact with our service beyond its intended and documented use.
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of our service.
Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data from our service without explicit permission.
API keys are scoped to your server and must not be shared publicly, committed to public repositories, or distributed to unauthorized parties.
You are responsible for all requests made using your API keys. Use keys only for their intended purpose and within our documented rate limits.
We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are used in violation of these terms, without prior notice.
Technified is a free service provided as-is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, or under any mandatory statutory liability such as product liability law.
In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfillment makes the proper performance of the service possible in the first place and on whose fulfillment you may regularly rely), and only up to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for a free service of this kind. Beyond that, liability for slight negligence is excluded, including for loss of data, server downtime, or damages resulting from verification issues, role management errors, or AutoMod actions.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Technified at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.
You may terminate your use of the service at any time by removing the Technified bot from your Discord server.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you use the service as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside, and any statutory jurisdiction available to you remains unaffected.
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected. In place of the invalid provision, the statutory rules apply.
