Product Updates
Track Technified's evolution with detailed changelogs for every release.
Every feature, fix, and improvement.
You can now send logs to up to 3 separate channels, and each channel picks its own event types. Route moderation to one channel, tickets to another, and staff & LOA somewhere else, or send the same event to several channels at once. Set it all up under Settings > Logging — each channel is a collapsible card you open to choose its events. Your existing single-channel setup keeps working untouched.
Leaving the duration field blank now mutes permanently, exactly like the field hint promises. Before, a blank mute fell back to a fixed timer and expired on its own. Bans already behaved this way, mutes now match — both from the dashboard and from an in-game :mute with no duration.
A round of compatibility fixes for the Adonis server plugin. Bans now use Adonis' native ban format, so :bans, :unban, and join-time ban checks recognize dashboard bans correctly. Fullscreen shutdown and broadcast messages render properly again. Mute and ban events sync back to the dashboard reliably with moderator and reason intact, and duplicate-protection ensures an action caught by multiple hooks only syncs once.
/rmute now records its moderation log entry as a Discord-issued action instead of being mislabelled as Roblox-sourced, so /rban and /rmute both show up correctly in the moderation history and Discord log channel.
The whole dashboard has been rebuilt around a single design language we're calling Builder. Cleaner edges, quieter surfaces, tighter typography, and a strict greyscale palette. Status is carried by tiny dots instead of coloured pills or bars, so what's actually important stands out. Every page now shares the same containers, the same spacing, the same icon treatment, the same empty states.
The server picker has been rebuilt. Recently visited servers sit in their own grid, search lives in a clean bordered container, and each server tile uses a neutral icon background with a small status dot for verification. No more coloured rings or shadow lifts.
Every server's overview page now uses the same stat tiles, quick actions, connected-games list and empty states as the rest of the dashboard, so jumping into a guild no longer feels like landing on a different product.
Group binds and role bindings have been completely restyled. New stats overview at the top, inline section actions, and a setup guide using neutral numbered steps. Role bindings now auto-detect their type (Group Rank, Gamepass, Asset, Badge) and a filter dropdown lets you narrow the list down.
The moderation section was rebuilt from the ground up. New stat tiles with status dots that act as filters, platform pills consolidated into a single row, a clean activity feed with one-line meta, and a quieter user profile sheet with neutral icon squares and a clean moderation timeline.
The Roblox server manager is now fully Builder-styled. Server cards show clean fill bars and a status dot for online or stale, the player list and command history live in clean divided rows, and tabs use the new pill-style switcher. Stale and online states are now distinguishable at a glance without any coloured backgrounds.
Staff Activity, Staff Management, the Staff Profile and the LOA, Performance and Quota pages are all on the new design, including the Staff Leaderboard, member cards, the activity stats bar and the recent sessions feed. Profiles now read top-to-bottom instead of fighting for space across multiple cards.
Applications and appeals now share a single, fully drag-and-drop Visual Form Builder. Build, Logic, Settings and Preview tabs, a palette of field types you drag onto the canvas, an inspector for fine-tuning each field, and proper undo/redo. Multi-page forms are first class — add and reorder pages directly on the canvas.
You can now define page rules per page: skip ahead, jump to a specific page, or end the form early based on what the applicant answers. Rules are evaluated when the applicant clicks Next, with first-match-wins behaviour, so flows can branch cleanly without duplicate forms.
Appeal forms now expose their own settings inside the builder: appeal type (ban, mute, warning, general), platform (Roblox or Discord), public toggle, auto-action on approval, and require original punishment. The legacy template selector was removed since the builder replaces it entirely.
Ticket panels and multi-panels both got proper builders with live Discord embed previews. Type the title, description and button label and the embed re-renders instantly the way it'll look in Discord. Multi-panels show a working Discord select-menu preview with all linked panels listed.
The transcript viewer got a full Discord-channel theme: dark overlay, channel header, info strip with claimed-by, closed-by and message count, message grouping for the same author, avatar fallbacks with hash-based colours, and proper Discord timestamps ("Today at 3:45 PM"). It actually feels like reading a real Discord channel embedded in the dashboard now.
The server logs page was rebuilt to match. Filtering, empty states and entries follow the same divided-list pattern used everywhere else.
The admin dashboard, Shield, Announcements, Lookup, Admins and Guild Detail pages were all moved onto Builder. The old red admin accent was replaced with a small red status dot in the sidebar, so admin context is still recognisable without dyeing every surface.
Running /close on a ticket now properly updates the ticket's button embed too. Previously the embed kept showing the open-state button after the ticket had already been closed.
Press ⌘K anywhere in the dashboard. Jump to any page, open a submission with #42, find a member with @username, or run ban @user reason — all from the keyboard. Destructive actions ask for a second Enter before they fire.
Every Discord member now has a dedicated page. Verification status with a direct link to the linked Roblox account, plus full history for appeals, applications, tickets, transcripts, and moderation actions.
The API and dashboard now stream errors to us in real time. We often see the stack trace and start working on a fix before anyone reaches out. A quick note in the bug report channel is still appreciated — the built-in session replay rarely captures everything we need to reproduce the bug, so a few words about what you were trying to do go a long way.
Pending appeals, applications, and tickets surface in one popover with live unread counts and one-click jumps to the source.
Technified Shield is now integrated directly into Technified. Enable Shield Sync in the Adonis plugin to automatically kick known condo players the moment they join your game. The flagged-users list is maintained centrally by Technified administrators, so every Shield-enabled server benefits from a shared global block list with zero maintenance.
Enforce in-game activity goals for your staff. Define how many minutes staff need per period (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and which roles the quota applies to. When a period ends, anyone who fell short generates a pending action that Discord Administrators can approve or reject from the dashboard. Approved strikes are issued automatically, and staff can check their own progress any time with /leftquota.
Technified's Manager has been completely revamped. The old version was becoming too complicated to maintain, so we rebuilt it from the ground up with a cleaner architecture and better support for future updates.
Create ticket panels with custom embeds and buttons. Users click to open a private channel with proper permissions. Staff roles with ticket access automatically see new tickets. Close, reopen, claim, and delete tickets directly from Discord. Every panel is fully configurable — button text, color, welcome message, category, naming format, and more.
Combine multiple ticket panels into a single message with a dropdown select menu. Users pick a category from the dropdown and the corresponding ticket is created. Create and manage multi-panels from the dashboard with custom labels, descriptions, and emojis for each option.
Save full conversation logs from ticket channels with one click. A Transcript button in every ticket channel captures all messages, attachments, and embeds. View transcripts in the dashboard with a full message viewer, or download them as text files. Transcripts are stored for one year and automatically cleaned up.
New Tickets section in the dashboard to manage panels, multi-panels, and view all tickets. Create and deploy panels, see open/closed stats, and monitor claimed tickets. Transcripts sub-page lets you browse and search all saved transcripts.
Leave of Absence requests are now visible in the dashboard under Staff Management. View all requests with status tracking — pending, scheduled, active, expired, or cancelled. Filter and search by name or reason. Admins can cancel or expire LOAs directly.
All bot responses now use custom app emojis instead of Unicode emojis for a cleaner, branded look. Checkmarks, crossmarks, tickets, and other icons are replaced with custom Discord emojis.
Submission limit and cooldown errors now show clear, human-readable messages instead of generic error codes. Appeals now properly enforce resubmission limits and cooldowns that were previously missing.
Control your Roblox game servers directly from the dashboard. See live players with avatars, staff roles, and verification status. Kick, ban, mute, broadcast, message, and shut down servers remotely — every action creates a full moderation entry automatically.
Staff members can request time off with /loa request. The bot posts an embed with Approve and Reject buttons. Admins and staff managers review requests directly in Discord. Self-approval is blocked. Only active Technified staff members can submit requests.
Broadcast and message commands display a fullscreen overlay in-game, prefixed with [Remote] and the sender's name. All text is filtered through Roblox's TextService for ToS compliance.
Ten new logging events: LOA requested, approved, and rejected, plus all seven server command types. The settings page now groups events into Staff & LOA, Server Manager, and Other.
Mutes now work with Roblox's TextChatService in addition to the legacy system. Players are muted in both chat systems simultaneously.
Player avatars are resolved on the server, eliminating CORS issues. Staff roles show by name instead of level. Verified players display their Discord ID inline.
Fixed encrypted storage crash on browser fingerprint changes, broadcast not reaching players, staff role showing 'Level 1' instead of the role name, game name resetting to 'Game' on every heartbeat, and shutdown servers staying visible in the dashboard.
Servers can now use Bloxlink as their verification provider. Members who are already verified with Bloxlink are recognized by Technified instantly. No extra steps needed. Switch providers anytime in server settings.
Technified now connects directly with HD Admin. Permissions assigned in Technified automatically apply in-game. No more managing the same roles in two places.
Create and manage Discord AutoMod rules directly from the dashboard. Set custom actions for each rule: DM the user, post an alert in a channel, apply an extra timeout, or ban them. Every trigger is logged and visible in the Moderation section.
Bans, mutes, warnings, and kicks were always showing as 0 on the moderation overview. This has been fixed.
Reduced loading time in the server selection menu from 4–8 seconds down to 1–3 seconds through parallel API calls, smarter permission checks, and server-side caching.
Various layout and button changes across the dashboard for a cleaner and more consistent experience.
Unauthenticated users are now immediately redirected to login when opening an appeal or application form instead of seeing a soft warning. The form pages have been redesigned to match each other visually, and submission confirmation screens now include a clear 'What happens next?' summary.
In your server dashboard, you can now create a landing page. This can serve as a hub for appeals, applications, and general information about your community.
Bugs have been fixed and bans and mutes are now integrated directly into Adonis, so that API bans can also be viewed with the :bans command
Your session tokens are now stored in HttpOnly cookies, making them invisible to browser scripts. Combined with AES-256 encryption for local storage, your account is better protected than ever.
All actions that change data now require proper authorization headers and pass origin validation. This prevents third-party websites from performing actions on your behalf.
The admin panel now fully supports guild detail views. Browse verified users, role bindings, activity logs, and manage premium tiers for any server directly from the admin dashboard.
Appeal forms can now display a user's full punishment history. When submitting an appeal, users see their bans, mutes, and warnings so they can select exactly which action to appeal.
When the API asks you to slow down, the dashboard now shows a clear message with the exact wait time instead of a generic error.
Fixed several pages that were bypassing the standard API client, causing inconsistent error handling and missing auth headers. Dashboard and server pages now use the same reliable connection throughout.
Configurable logging system that sends Discord embeds to a designated channel. Log moderation actions, appeals, applications, staff events, verifications, and config changes. Enable per-event toggles directly from the Settings page.
Various fixes and improvements to the in-game admin system for better stability and reliability.
The entire dashboard is now fully responsive and mobile-friendly. Navigate your servers on the go with the new mobile sidebar, optimized touch targets, and adaptive layouts.
New slide-out navigation menu on mobile devices with a hamburger menu button. The sidebar automatically closes when navigating between pages.
Server cards and recently visited servers now stack vertically on mobile for easier browsing. Quick action buttons are hidden on mobile to reduce clutter.
Stat cards, quick actions, and moderation filters have been redesigned for touch-friendly interaction with proper sizing and spacing on all screen sizes.
You can now choose bewteen roblox moderation being performed via Technified's admin system or directly through Roblox's ban API. This allows for more flexibility in how you manage your community.
